Joan Nwosu is an Information Technology consultant and Coach who partners with organizations to transform their processes and product development. After spending over a decade working in IT and marketing for multimillion dollar brands and startups, she knows what truly drives customer delight and loyalty. Joan moved to Toronto, Canada after spending a greater part of her life in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She studied Internet Computing at the London Southbank University and proceeded to get a postgraduate degree from Seneca College in IT Project Management. A Project Management Professional (PMP) consultant, Joan has worked with different teams on different projects spanning Telecoms, ICT, NGO and Automotive industries.
